Payment Confirmation
- Once your order has been authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days for all countries. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Shipping
- Shipping usually takes approximately 7–14 business days to reach the destination for all countries. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping fee: We charge $6.99 for orders under $69.00. Free shipping is available for orders of $69.00 or more.
Delivery
- The total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. For example, if an item requires 1–2 business days for processing and 7–14 business days for shipping, the estimated delivery time will be 8–16 business days.
- The system will automatically match the most suitable delivery method based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and package weight. If the shipping address includes a PO Box, the selected logistics method will be reviewed. If the chosen delivery method does not support PO Box addresses, the order may be flagged for manual review, and we may contact you to update the address or confirm cancellation.
Track Order Status
- After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Causes of Delay
Tracking updates or delivery may be delayed due to force majeure or other events beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, tornadoes, floods, or earthquakes.
- Local disruptions such as strikes, public holidays, or major events.
- Peak season transportation constraints, including limited flight space or staffing shortages.
